Our Beliefs

God

We believe in a God who has no beginning but who began all things - Genesis 1:1. We also believe that He wants us to seek him by faith and not by sight. We believe he is concerned about us knowing that He exists in heaven above and that He rewards those who sincerely seek him – Heb. 11:6. The critical thing for us is that we will one day stand before Him – all of us.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is God's "best man". He is the perfection of what God intended of man. We are not exactly like Him yet. But we are working towards His likeness as our destination - 1 Corinthians 15:49. Without Jesus no one can be saved - Acts 4:12.

Holy Spirit

The Holy Ghost is a lot of times referred to as the Spirit of the Lord in the Scriptures. He represents God in us and must be resident inside of us. He has the qualities and the abilities of a Teacher, Comforter and Guide and so forth. He is God's Energy.

Mankind

Man was made as a prototype of God. Both the male and female genders is meant in reference thereto. Man was corrupted by the Enemy. God restored man through Jesus Christ. Mankind has the free will to reject or accept Jesus Christ, for which he or she will be responsible - Acts 4:12.

The Bible

God's only written Word - 2 Tim. 3:16.

Angels

Were created by God to serve Him and to serve man - Heb. 1:14.

Demons

We believe that they were formally God's angels who rebelled after being deceived by Satan. They have regulated permission to tempt man. They like to terrorize people. Christians have powers over them. Luke 10:19 - "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

Eternity Life

We believe that Eternal life is available now, not after death - Jn. 6:54. We also believe that Eternity has two different roads we all are traveling on, which is to be continued after death - 1 John 3:15.

Society/Community

We believe we as Christians must be relevant to the society and community in which we live - Luke 4:18.
