MercyHands is operationalized by milleu of full time staff, part time staffers and range of volunteers from relevant professions including medical doctors, public health physicians, nurses, ophthalmologists, engineers, architects etc.

We operate a Volunteer scheme where people of like visions give free services, funds, equipment and materials to meet the intervention needs and budget. We operate a high level of decency, accountability and probity in handling public funds. Accounts are rendered at regular special fora with Volunteers and supporting agencies
